About me and my therapy practice
I provide Counselling and Psychotherapy to individual adults (18+). I have worked with a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, stress, eating disorders, self-harm, addiction, bereavement, relationship difficulties, identity, sexuality, low self-esteem, abuse, trauma and traumatic early life experiences.
I offer a confidential and non-judgmental space for you to reflect on your current circumstances and what has shaped you and made you the person you are today. We would work together to discover the less conscious aspects of your thoughts, feelings and emotions, so that you can come to understand yourself more fully. This can develop your capacity to understand yourself better and make choices to bring about positive change.
Whilst I won’t offer direct advice or judge, I will help you to gain greater understanding and help make sense of what is happening.
It may be a specific problem that has brought you to counselling or it may be a general feeling of being low or of something not being quite right. Either way, we can think together about what is best for you at this time.
